Over the next legislative sessions health care in Iowa will be impacted for then next 20-40 years. Shouldn't a doctor be at the table during the discussions? There is not a single physician in the Iowa House.

Doctor Koslow comes up with more then just band-aids:

  • Conceived of and wrote the first draft of the Farm-to-School Bill.
  • Conceived of and wrote the first draft of what ultimately became the Healthy Kids Bill.
  • Proposed the first program in the USA to offer academic credit to high school students for community service.
  • Helped conceive of and organize the worlds first walk-a-thon, for the March of Dimes

  A Real Hero, Dr. Koslow placed his life at risk to rescue two men trapped in an overturned tractor trailer and participated on a medical mission to El Salvador after an earthquake that killed 28,000. He considers himself a Smaller Government-Private Business-Progressive Realist.
